2. 5-Day Easy Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 5 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. This applies to:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans
  • Any paid plan upgrades

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The purchase must have been made directly through BrowsingBee (not through third-party resellers)
  • Your account must not have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

  2. Include Your Details: Provide your account email, invoice number (if available), and the reason for your refund request (optional)
  3. Confirmation: We'll acknowledge your request within 24 hours

  5. Receive Your Refund: The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Up to 14 business days

6. What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be immediately cancelled
  • You will lose access to all premium features
  • Your test data and configurations will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to return
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to your data

7. Exceptions and Special Cases

7.1 Free Trials

Free trials are not eligible for refunds as no payment is required. You can cancel your trial at any time before it converts to a paid subscription to avoid being charged.

7.2 Promotional Pricing

If you purchased a subscription at a promotional or discounted price, the refund will be for the amount actually paid, not the regular price.

7.3 Multiple Refunds

To prevent abuse, users are limited to a maximum of 2 refunds within a 12-month period. After that, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7.4 Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. All refunds are for the full amount of the current billing cycle, provided the request is made within the 5-day window.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, but you won't be charged again. No refund is issued for the current period unless you're within the 5-day window.
