Terms of service
Last updated 8 October 2026. These terms are between you and IndianAppGuy Tech Private Limited (“BrowsingBee”, “we”).
1. The service
BrowsingBee lets an AI assistant you use (such as Claude or ChatGPT) open public web pages, search the web, take screenshots and read PDFs through a browser we host. It is read only: it does not log in to sites, fill forms or make purchases.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your Google account secure. One person per account. You must be 13 or older, and if under 18 have a parent or guardian agree to these terms.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use BrowsingBee to:
- access content you are not allowed to access, or get around paywalls, logins or technical restrictions;
- harvest personal data, scrape at scale, or build a crawler on top of the service;
- overload or attack any website, or ours;
- break a website’s terms, robots.txt or the law of your country or India.
We may suspend accounts that do any of this. We respect robots.txt and site owners’ opt-outs (see the bot page), so some pages will be refused.
4. Plans, quotas and payment
Free accounts get 300 page loads a month. Pro is ₹499 or $9.99 a month for 5,000 page loads, billed monthly in advance, cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated at checkout. Refunds follow the refund policy. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice by email.
5. Content
Pages, PDFs and images you open belong to their owners. BrowsingBee passes them to your assistant for your own use; you are responsible for how you use them. We do not check or endorse the content of third-party sites.
6. Availability
We aim for the service to be up but do not promise it. Some pages will time out, block automated browsers, or render differently from your own device. We may change or stop features, and we will tell you by email before stopping the service.
7. Privacy

8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, BrowsingBee is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, or anything that happens on third-party websites.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop any time by removing the connector and emailing us to delete your account. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
