Common problems
“Authorization with this connector failed”
Remove BrowsingBee from Customize → Connectors on claude.ai, then open the install link again and finish sign-in without reloading the consent page mid-way.
The page comes back “blocked”
The site refuses automated browsers, asks for a login, a CAPTCHA or a paywall, or disallows BrowsingBee in its robots.txt. We cannot open those. Try the site’s public page, a cached copy, or a different source.
“You've used all 300 page loads”
The free quota resets on the 1st of the month (UTC). Pro raises it to 5,000.
I want my account and data deleted
Email hey@browsingbee.com from the Google address you signed in with. We delete the account, its usage rows and host logs within 7 days; screenshots expire on their own after 24 hours.
For developers
The MCP endpoint is https://www.browsingbee.com/mcp (streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE). Any MCP client that supports remote servers with OAuth can use it.
